We are hiring a HR Coordinator for our office in Toronto. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing human resources support across all HR functions including recruitment and selection, new employee orientation, health and safety, employee relations, and HR administration. You will support the daily operations of the HR department within our growing team of professionals.

Job Description
  1. Coordinate recruitment efforts for the Talent Acquisition team.
  2. Manage all new hire paperwork, including monitoring the status of outstanding documents, and ensuring collection and processing for onboarding.
  3. Support daily HR operations such as leave of absence administration, employment letter preparation, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  4. Maintain accurate employee data.
  5. Organize and maintain filing systems, online HR folders, and information.
  6. Coordinate with Payroll and IT on employee changes, new hires, and terminations.
  7. Schedule and coordinate orientation sessions for new employees.
  8. Organize administrative aspects of training, including enrollment, materials, attendance, and evaluation tracking.
  9. Assist in implementing HR programs and processes to enhance employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
  1. Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Human Resources Management.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  3. CHRP in progress or completed is considered an asset.
  4. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
