Your Opportunity

Our team is looking for a Coordinator, HR to join the HR Services Team and own the below responsibilities.

  • Drafting various employment related letters including offer letters, transfer letters, and termination letters
  • Assistance with employee onboarding including background screening, pre-hire setups, and orientation facilitation
  • Answer general employee questions on BDO HR policies/procedures and employee benefits via a ticketing system
  • Process employee life cycle transactions in Workday HRIS system
  • Assist with HR Operations related projects and reporting


Please note this is a 12 month maternity leave contract

Your experience and education

  • You have a degree/diploma in Human Resources or another relevant field
  • Experience providing outstanding client service and a commitment to teamwork
  • Proven track record of working with tight timelines under pressure
  • You have strong PC skills and previous experience working with an HRIS system; previous work with a centralized ticketing system is an asset
  • You are able to maintain confidence and exercise good judgement
  • You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Bilingual (English & French) is a strong asset
