Intact is hiring a Consultant, Reporting & Analytics to join the People Analytics team. You will deliver metrics from Workday and Power BI to support HR strategy, focusing on data governance, analytics, and empowering HR with the right tools and training.

You will work under the Manager, People Analytics to develop an org-wide reporting strategy and partner with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable dashboards and insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• University degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data analysis, business analysis or HR.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience building reports in Workday and Power BI.
• Experience in HR analytics is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Workday and Power BI reporting with an org-wide strategy.
• Automate HR data analysis, prepare reports and data visualizations for storytelling.
• Advise HR and executives, understand needs and recommend tools.
