Job summary

KOMP in Vancouver, Canada is seeking an HRIS & People Analytics Specialist to improve how workforce data, HR systems, reporting, and automation support business and people decisions.

You will maintain HRIS and workforce-management systems, build dashboards and analytics, and help integrate HR with Finance and other systems.

With 3+ years in HRIS/HR analytics, you will influence leadership with data-driven insights and uphold data governance and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Analytics, People Analytics, or HR Operations.
• Experience with HR technology or workforce-management platforms.
• Strong reporting, data-analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of employee lifecycle and HR processes.
• Experience with HR dashboards and workforce reporting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder-management skills.
