Job summary

Intact is seeking a Consultant, Reporting & Analytics to join our People Analytics team in Montreal. You will deliver metrics from Workday and Power BI to support HR strategy and help colleagues thrive.

Reporting to the Manager, People Analytics, you will develop an org-wide reporting strategy, automate HR data analysis, and partner with HR and executives to identify needs and provide training.

Qualifications

• University degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data analysis, business analysis or HR or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with building reports in Workday, PowerBI, and in BI, data analytics or HR analytics.
• Experience in an HR role is an asset.
• Strong data analysis, data verification and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and enhancement of Workday and Power BI reporting with a focus on developing an org-wide reporting strategy.
• Implement and automate HR data analysis, preparing reports, and data visualizations for storytelling.
• Advise and support the HR community and executives, partner by understanding and identify their needs and recommending the appropriate tools.
• Define key indicators and prepare dashboards to identify issues and support initiatives.
• Support user training and change management activities.
