Aviso Wealth Inc. is seeking an HR Reporting & Systems Analyst to join the People & Culture team in Toronto. You will design, optimize, and maintain complex HR data reports and dashboards using Workday, with a focus on analytics, security, and system integrity.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional partners, delivering actionable insights, and supporting mass data updates via EIBs. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR reporting and data analytics experience in Workday (3+ years).
• Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting (reports, fields, dashboards).
• Solid Workday security and configuration knowledge for reports.
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI).
• Experience with mass data updates via EIBs and ad-hoc reporting.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize HR data reports, dashboards, and discovery boards in Workday.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into reporting solutions and insights.
• Serve as first contact for HR reporting inquiries and ad-hoc requests.
• Deliver enterprise-wide self-service dashboards and scheduled reports.
• Automate reporting processes and improve data analytics efficiency.
• Support data validation and audit activities across HR systems.
• Create and use EIBs to perform mass data updates and ensure data quality.
• Assist with basic HR configuration activities and maintain process documentation.
• Stay updated on Workday updates and industry best practices.
• Support HR Systems team on daily tasks and special projects.
