Job summary

Next Ventures in Markham, Ontario is seeking a Workday Analyst to support and optimize Workday HCM and related HR modules. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Workday solutions and deliver robust reports and dashboards.

The role focuses on configuration, security, and business processes across Workday modules, with an onsite presence initially and ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years HRIS experience including HCM.
• Demonstrated Workday module configuration experience.
• Ability to create Workday reports (Advanced/Matrix/Composite) and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert day-to-day support across Workday HCM and related modules, troubleshooting issues and resolving user inquiries.
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, workflows, security groups, domains, and related functionality.
• Support Workday Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Benefits, Security, and other supported modules.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Build, maintain, and enhance Workday reports and dashboards, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports.

**This role will be 4 days onsite to start with and then once settled in the role, that will reduce to 2-3 days**

Workday Analyst

I am partnered with a huge construction business who are looking to hire a Workday analyst, to join the HRIS Team

You will play a key part in supporting and enhancing Workday across a broad range of HR modules, including HCM, Absence, Benefits, Security, Recruiting, Talent and Talent.

You will have strong hands‑on experience with Workday configuration, reporting, business processes, and security, and enjoy working at the intersection of technology and HR.
