Reporting to the Director, HCM and Compensation, the HCM and HR Analyst will deliver operational and service excellence in regard to HR data and system functions. This role will primarily support with Human Capital Management (HCM) system administration, processing and Human Resource Metrics and Reporting. This role will be the Workday technical user for maintaining the HR system and HR data quality. This is a highly technical role that requires strong experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building reports within Workday and possess advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, and macros. Experience with Power BI is considered an asset. The role involves working with complex data sets and requires a strong analytical mindset to support HR operations and reporting needs.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is CAD $60,000-$85,000. If range, please note that the actual offer will be determined based on your skills, experience, education, market benchmarks, and internal equity.
