Job summary

McMan Calgary is seeking a part-time Case Manager for Hope Heights to provide light-touch case management and help create connections that reduce isolation and support long-term stability for residents. You will coordinate referrals, support digital literacy and life-skills, and plan Indigenous cultural activities with the Reconciliation Lead.

You will also assist with tenant stability, move-in/move-out processes, and maintain accurate documentation in line with program standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Services or related field required; at least three years of direct work experience.
• Knowledge of Alberta’s residential tenancy legislation and experience supporting housing stability.
• Strong writing, organization and interpersonal skills; ability to work with Indigenous communities and Elders.
• Flexible availability including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide light-touch case management and advocacy to support housing stability.
• Plan and facilitate resident programming to reduce isolation.
• Coordinate referrals for vacant units and maintenance needs.
• Assist with building operations and documentation to organizational standards.
