Job summary

Enviros in Calgary is seeking a Case Manager for Triveri House to provide direct support to tenants, helping them access health services, food banks, and education programs. You will act as a systems navigator, identifying needs and connecting tenants to essential supports.

Continuity of on-site support is required seven days a week, with shifts including days, evenings, and weekends. You will advocate for tenants and collaborate with community providers to promote stability and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in related field of study.
• 3–5 years of experience working with youth and young adults at risk of homelessness.
• Experience within Calgary Homeless Foundation network is an asset.
• Criminal record check including vulnerable sector (last 6 months).
• Alberta Intervention Record check (last 12 months).
• First Aid and CPR/AED ‘C’ certificate.
• Class 4 or 5 Driver’s License (Class 5 GDL not accepted).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to tenants to ensure access to health and mental health services, food bank services, and community supports.
• Act as a systems navigator and help tenants identify needs and create plans to access supports.
• Advocate for tenants and assist them to receive entitled supports.
• Facilitate meetings, provide in-house workshops and training, and be on-site with tenants.
• Support individuals daily, including driving tenants to appointments when needed; shifts seven days a week (days, evenings, weekends).
