Role Description

This is a full-time, Part-time, remote role for a Home Inspector with AmeriSpec - Calgary & Red Deer. The Home Inspector will conduct property inspections, document findings, and prepare detailed reports for clients. The role will also involve liaising with clients to address their inquiries and provide outstanding customer service. Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities for new business development to contribute to the growth of the company.

Qualifications

• Experience with Property Inspections and general Inspection processes
• Knowledge of Property Management and ability to identify property-related compliance issues
• Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Proficiency in New Business Development, particularly in identifying and leveraging opportunities
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
• Relevant certifications in property inspection or building codes are advantageous
• Familiarity with IAQ and energy efficiency standards would be beneficial
