Job summary

LCBO is hiring on-site Holiday Customer Service Representatives for Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will assist customers, process transactions, and participate in campaigns while ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.

Candidates must be 18+, legally allowed to work in Canada, and available on Fridays evenings and weekends. Bilingualism is a plus. Training is provided and shifts may vary with store needs.

Qualifications

• Legal to work in Canada (SIN/Work Permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingual English/French is a bonus.
• Availability: Fri evenings, Sat and Sun shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using POS/Cash system to deliver a great experience.
• Encourage donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face shelves, keep store clean and safe.
• Lift up to 40 lbs./18 kg repeatedly while standing.
