LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for Ontario stores, from November 16 to December 31, 2026. The role is on-site, handling sales at the POS and contributing to a positive, memorable holiday shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada (SIN or work permit).
• Bilingualism English/French is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using POS/Cash system ensuring an outstanding experience.
• Assist with donations and sustainability campaigns.
• Support store cleanliness, stocking, and safety.
• Participate in surveys and seasonal campaigns.
