Job summary

LCBO in Ontario is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to assist customers in our retail stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will work at a store location, ring up purchases on the POS system, help with product knowledge and support seasonal promotions.

The role requires friendly, reliable team players who can lift up to 40 lbs, work Friday evenings and weekend shifts, and be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• Serve customers using the POS system and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Be part of Spirit of Sustainability campaigns and other promotions.
• Lift cases up to 18 kg and stand for long periods while keeping store safe and organized.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock and face products on shelves.
• Support holiday campaigns and donate drives as requested.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and friendly service.
