Job summary

LCBO in Sault Ste. Marie is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional experiences in our Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. This on-site role includes paid training and an introduction to wine, beer, cider and spirits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally allowed to work in Canada (SIN, student permit or work permit).
• Bilingualism in English and French is a bonus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system with an outstanding customer experience.
• Ask for donations as part of the Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and keep the store clean, organized and safe.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs (18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods.
