Job summary

LCBO in Ontario is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for retail stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will help customers with purchases, participate in campaigns, and receive online training to build customer service skills and knowledge of wine, beer, cider and spirits.

You should be comfortable working with teammates, lift up to 40 lbs, and be legally eligible to work in Canada (SIN, student, or work permit). Bilingual English/French is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Comfortable supporting customers and working effectively with teammates.
• You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all.
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs./18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods of time.
