Job summary

LCBO in Ontario is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for seasonal roles in retail stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will assist customers at the POS and help maintain a welcoming shopping environment during the peak season.

You must be 18+, legally eligible to work in Canada, and available for Fridays and weekend shifts, with additional holiday availability. Bilingual English/French is a bonus; online training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada (SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingual English/French is a bonus.
• Comfortable helping customers and working with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Ask for donations as part of the Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face up products on shelves and keep the store clean, organized, and safe for all.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg repeatedly while standing for long periods.
