Job summary

LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives in Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. The role involves helping customers, handling POS transactions, and supporting seasonal campaigns to ensure a memorable holiday shopping experience.

Training is provided online, and you will gain exposure to wine, beer, cider and spirits. The position requires in-store availability, physical activity including lifting up to 40 lbs, and eligibility to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• Legal to work in Canada (SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs / 18 kg and stand for long periods.
• Bilingual English and French is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system promptly and responsibly.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock and keep shelves organized and clean.
• Support holiday campaigns and participate in related surveys.
