A Sales & Team Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth by promoting and selling products or services to clients. They work closely with customers to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and secure deals. This role emphasizes building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will then take their skills and sales and coach, train and mentor their own team.
Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective members
Customize presentations to meet the specific needs and challenges of each member
Develop and maintain enduring, trust-based relationships with members
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Above average weekly income ($65-$85K + in first year)
