Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students and families on programs, campus life, and admissions process.
• Manage a recruitment territory with calls, emails, virtual sessions, and in-person visits.

• Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, counselors, and feeder institutions.
• Represent the institution at recruitment fairs, information sessions, and events.

About the Role

You will be responsible for advising students on program options, application procedures, and financial aid, while actively participating in recruitment events. This hybrid position combines essential on-campus interactions with remote communication and follow-up, offering a dynamic way to contribute to student success and the growth of the institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students and their families on academic programs, campus life, and the admissions process.


• Manage a recruitment territory, engaging with potential students through phone calls, emails, virtual sessions, and in-person visits.


• Conduct interviews and evaluate applications to determine candidate eligibility for admission.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high school counselors, community colleges, and other feeder institutions.


• Represent the institution at recruitment fairs, information sessions, and other promotional events.


• Utilize the CRM system to track prospect activity, manage communication, and report on recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related student services role.
