Placements24 is seeking a motivated Higher Education Admissions Counselor to guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment in Kimberley. You will advise on programs, applications, and financial aid while participating in recruitment events.

The role blends on-campus interactions with remote follow-up, requiring travel and some evenings/weekends for events. Strong communication, organization, and CRM skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of admissions, recruitment, or related student services experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students and families on programs, campus life, and admissions process.
• Manage a recruitment territory with calls, emails, virtual sessions, and in-person visits.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate applications for admission eligibility.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, counselors, and feeder institutions.
• Represent the institution at recruitment fairs, information sessions, and events.
• Utilize CRM to track prospects, manage communications, and report recruitment metrics.
