We’re looking for a High Volume Recruiter who can hire more than 200 incredible tour guides across North America each year. This is a pure recruiting role focused fully on:
You’ll run the entire recruiting engine.
We’ll give you autonomy, support, resources, and big goals.
We don’t hire average.

We hire people guests fall in love with.
A 6-star guide is someone who guests write paragraphs about.
Someone who becomes the highlight of the trip.
Someone whose energy fills the van, whose storytelling brings the city alive, and whose presence makes people feel safe, welcome, and excited.
Your job is to find these people.
Whether they come from hospitality, teaching, theatre, museums, comedy, community work, or tourism, you know a gem when you see one.
