GroupStrength is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative in Winnipeg to reach out to and qualify external prospects by phone, with the goal of scheduling appointments for our advisors and driving new business growth.

You will maintain CRM records, achieve outbound targets, and contribute to a collaborative, high-energy team focused on professional development and success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in an outbound call center or inside sales role (asset).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM in sales or admin settings.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to and qualify external prospects via telephone.
• Schedule appointments for advisors to drive new business growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast activity.
