Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of calls, both outbound and inbound, daily.
• Ask questions to assess customer needs and gather feedback for service improvement.
• Guide buyers through the experience and clarify information to book appointments.
• Follow scripts while handling different topic categories and build rapport.
