Description

We are seeking a healthcare business analyst to join our Montreal team. This role is in a hybrid work mode.

Tâches

Functional Expertise We Are Focused On Right Now

• Patient Appointment Booking: configuration of booking slots, resource requirements, provider schedules, etc.
• Front-end for booking appointments (cancel, rebook, book series, group appointments)
• Data capture and reporting related to appointments
• Procedure and Medication Order flows, focusing on hospital environment, clinics, and outpatient orders
• Workflow knowledge and documentation of order fulfillment (normal and exceptional cases)

Exigences

• Knowledge of Healthcare and Healthcare IT (excluding Insurance)
• Experience as a business analyst, clinical informaticist, or system analyst
• Proficiency in documenting business requirements (User Stories, Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, etc.)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to interpret regulatory documents and translate into business requirements
• Attention to detail balanced with business realities
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of Canadian healthcare system
• Bi-lingual in English and French is a plus
