Job summary

A leading technology company is seeking a Head of Strategy and Operations to drive projects within the Google Marketing Platform.   • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in sales, agency, or project management function.
  • Experience in cross‑functional collaboration to drive results, and the ability to influence stakeholders along with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of DV360 and Google Marketing Platform.
  • Knowledge of commercial incentive programs.
  • Passion for building and leading teams.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify key questions and translate goals and strategy into defined projects.
  • Partner with Strategic Project Director and Principal Leads to select projects and staff team capacity to lead projects that improve operating structure and resource allocation or aimed to improve cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Lead projects that are cross‑functional to ensure there is structure and timely delivery of project goals.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators and timelines for each project, regular metrics reporting that tie back to goals, and post‑implementation impact analysis.
  • Develop best practices, templates, and tools specific to each domain that can be utilized for future initiatives.
