Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of senior management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service.
• Proven track record coaching a high-performing team and developing staff.
• Experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring across store positions including leadership.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication; proficient in Windows, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Forecast sales and payroll with your District Manager to drive store results.
• Maintain optimum store staffing levels and adherence to budgetary goals.
• Recruit, interview, and hire for all positions according to business needs; coach and develop managers.
• Oversee merchandising and store operations, inventory control, and stock availability.
