Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead the operational efficiency of a Yorkdale location, supporting a team of Operations Leads and Consultants. You will ensure store compliance with standards, manage inventory, visual merchandising, and supply management, while working with senior store leadership.

The role requires 2–4 years of management experience in operations, strong analytics, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of management experience in an operations-based role.
• Metrics-driven with ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and leadership to manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: lead store operations per company standards.
• Inventory Management: handle shipping, receiving, cycle counting and returns.
• Visual Merchandising: manage on‑stage visuals and cleaning crews.
• Supply Management: monitor budget, supplies, testers and samples.
• Performance Assessment & Development: provide timely feedback.
• Engage with clients and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Develop budget strategies and monitor sales staffing and payroll.
