Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Store Director to oversee the client experience, people development, sales, merchandising, and store operations in Saint John, NB. You will lead a team including Talent & Business Operations Managers and Client Experience Managers to drive profitability and compliance with Sephora’s standards.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will forecast sales and payroll, recruit and coach staff, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of senior management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service.
• Proven coaching track record and passion for training and education.
• Experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring across store roles, including leadership.

Responsibilities

• Forecast sales and payroll with District Manager to drive store results.
• Monitor sales performance and communicate with staff to hit KPIs.
• Recruit, train, and develop store leadership and team members.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, and store operations.
