Job summary

Autism Services in Saskatoon is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet guests, manage check-in/out, and ensure personalized attention for a memorable stay. The role emphasizes friendly communication and proactive service to enhance guest satisfaction.

You will respond to requests by phone, email, or in person, collaborating with other departments to tailor experiences. English is the working language; full-time position with group benefits; wage is $20.35 CAD per hour.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Hospitality is required.
  • Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Natural customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
  • Strong listening skills to understand guest needs and preferences.
  • Good computer skills; OPERA PMS is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Check-in and check-out, verify arrivals and departures, and ensure internal activities run smoothly.
  • Respond with care and attention to all guest requests, using individuality and creativity to improve their experience.
  • Respond to guests' requests courteously and efficiently, whether in person, by telephone or by email.
  • Resolve guest issues and concerns in a proactive, satisfaction-oriented manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide relevant information for a personalized guest experience.
