Job summary

Autismservices is looking for a dedicated individual to provide exceptional guest services in Saskatoon. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing accounts, and ensuring a clean environment.

The ideal candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to work various shifts, including evenings. Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling multiline switchboard preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register guests upon arrival.
• Provide outstanding guest service.
• Settle guests' accounts upon completion of their stay.
• Drive the hotel shuttle and assist with luggage.
• Perform cleaning duties in public areas.
• Multitask effectively to handle customer needs.

Requirements

• Must be able to handle multiline switchboard, emails, and work in a fast‑paced, busy environment.
• Must be able to work all shifts, including evenings and graveyard shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register guests upon arrival.
• Provide outstanding guest service throughout their stay.
• Settle guests’ accounts upon completion of their stay.
• Drive the hotel shuttle to and from the airport and assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning public bathrooms, changing garbage, and other duties as assigned.
• Multi‑task in a detail‑oriented manner and problem‑solve to effectively deal with internal and external customers.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience is an asset.
