Pursuit Banff Gondola is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to lead frontline teams and deliver a welcoming, safe guest experience. You will coach agents, oversee daily operations, and serve as the on-duty manager handling guest concerns with empathy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring strong hospitality skills, the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for creating memorable experiences at iconic destinations in the Canadian Rockies.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with coaching and staff development.
• Strong guest focus and hospitality mindset.
• Effective problem solving and critical thinking in fast-paced settings.
• Clear communication and active listening with diverse guests and staff.
• Detail oriented with organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and support an engaging guest experience across all touchpoints.
• Coach and assist Guest Experience Agents, Programming, and Facilities Attendants.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing feedback and development support.
• Coordinate daily Guest Experience operations for smooth service and problem solving.
• Act as manager on duty including cash handling and guest escalation.
