Job summary

Pursuit in Banff seeks friendly Guest Services team members for seasonal Fall/Winter roles. Greet guests at the Banff Gondola, assist with tickets, packages and directions, and help guests navigate attractions in the Canadian Rockies.

You'll handle cash and card transactions, validate tickets, manage crowds, and contribute to memorable experiences while maintaining high standards of service. Second language skills are a plus, and a passion for hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with knowledge of Banff Gondola and local area
• Experience in guest services or related field
• Ability to handle cash and transactions accurately

Responsibilities

• Greet Banff Gondola guests
• Assist with ticket sales, packages, questions, directions, guidance in visiting our attractions and the Canadian Rockies
• Use computerized ticketing system to issue and process tickets
• Handle cash and credit transactions
• Validate tickets prior to boarding
• Perform crowd management and line control
• Be a Memory Maker for programming events
• Solicit guest feedback
• Keep work areas clean
