Job summary

Pursuit is seeking warm, guest‑focused front desk staff for our Banff hotels in Canada’s iconic national park. You’ll welcome guests, register arrivals, and coordinate check‑in and check‑out while promoting our rooms and services.

Role requires excellent communication, the ability to multitask in a busy environment, and a friendly ambassador for Pursuit and the Banff area. Evening/weekend shifts and a high school diploma are expected.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register arriving guests.
• Provide a professional, friendly and efficient check-in and check-out process.
• Act as an ambassador for Pursuit and Banff National Park to enhance guest experience.
• Promote and sell rooms and handle reservations by phone and in person.
• Respond to guest concerns and inquiries and maintain a clean work environment.
