Job summary

Action Furnace Calgary is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to deliver outstanding service on inbound and outbound calls, schedule service and maintenance, and maintain accurate customer and equipment records.

You will collaborate with Dispatch, Service, Maintenance, Install, and Membership teams to resolve issues, educate customers on maintenance programs, and uphold our commitment to integrity and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and build a long-term career.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with scheduling and data entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service on inbound and outbound interactions.
• Schedule service, maintenance and sales appointments per procedures.
• Enter and update customer and equipment information accurately in the system.
• Educate customers on maintenance programs, memberships, and pricing options.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Service, Maintenance, Install and Membership teams to resolve issues.
