Job summary

You will build relationships with customers and internal teams, provide product recommendations, and participate in ongoing process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role. Experience in a similar commercial setting or data entry experience is an asset but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Word.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with choosing the right product and provide timeframes for delivery or pickup.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order history, and contact details.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Sales and Service teams to improve processes and systems.
