Qualifications

• 2–5 years in customer service, dispatch, or project coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with procurement, payroll, and vendor management is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Schedule preventive maintenance and repair work orders for standby generators.
• Coordinate emergency service calls and dispatch technicians.
• Prepare quotations and service documentation.
• Maintain inventory levels and purchase orders for parts.
• Review timesheets and payroll accuracy for technicians.
• Ensure safety standards and CSA C282 compliance.
• Maintain customer records and respond to inquiries.
