Job summary

King's Services is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Headingley, MB to provide exceptional support, resolve inquiries, and efficiently process orders. You will report to the Customer Service Supervisor and participate in a training program to learn enterprise software.

Qualifications

• Experience in phone-based customer service or call center roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to collaborate with team and support operators.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming and place outgoing calls to customers.
• Listen to inquiries and guide customers to services that fit their needs.
• Enter customer requests accurately into the enterprise software.
• Develop new business and service opportunities from existing and new clients.
• Process quotes and follow up with customers.
• Resolve complaints or escalate to Supervisor as needed.
• Assist teammates and perform other duties as assigned.
