Job summary

The position requires a high school diploma and 2–4 years of experience, with standard hours Monday to Friday and a strong emphasis on communication, product knowledge, and accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and typically 2–4 years of experience.
• Onsite presence is expected, Monday–Friday 7:00–4:00 or 8:00–5:00.
• Responds to customer inquiries via telephone or email to resolve problems per service standards.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers via phone, email, chat, or in person to provide intermediate level support and information.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of interactions with inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Communicates pricing, shipping dates, and order information to ensure fulfillment and satisfaction.
• Escalates complex issues to specialists when beyond coordinator’s knowledge.
• Trains new Customer Service Coordinators and supports sales teams.
• Performs data entry and keeps files up to date.
