The role is based at the Manitoba Regional Office and requires responding to inquiries about our residential properties. You will handle client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, document interactions, place maintenance orders, and promote a positive company image.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in the customer service industry.
• Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office Suite and data entering.
• Minimum 45 wpm typing speed.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to deal with clients in a sensitive and tactful manner.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Troubleshoot client issues and provide viable solutions.
• Document client interactions in appropriate database or software.
