Job summary

LGG Industrial in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan is seeking a Customer Sales & Service Representative to support Branch Managers and Sales Representatives in developing existing and prospective customers to meet growth targets.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Office-based with potential for warehouse coordination and on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year B2B customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work nights and weekends, as required; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Managers and Sales Representatives to develop existing and prospective LGG Industrial customers and meet growth targets.
• Process incoming inquiries into the sales system and provide quotes.
• Monitor delivery date commitments and expedite where appropriate.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships; provide technical/service support to account management and customers.
• Assist A/R with new accounts and collections follow-up; coordinate with Sales Representatives on account activity.
