A prominent Canadian philanthropic organization is seeking a Grants Manager to oversee its arts and culture funding. This role requires a minimum of 5 years in grantmaking and deep sector knowledge. Over the next five years (2025-2030), AMACC’s primary goal is to foster a more accessible arts sector, where more Canadians can engage with excellent arts experiences that reflect their cultural needs and advance their quality of life and learning.
The Azrieli Foundation is seeking a Grants Manager to support the work of the Azrieli Music, Arts and Culture Centre (AMACC). Reporting to the AMACC Managing Director this role is responsible for advancing and administering AMACC’s granting portfolio, across all funding levels.
This includes identifying and assessing new funding opportunities, managing relationships with current and potential grantees, monitoring grants performance and impact, and contributing to the strategic direction of the AMACC granting stream.
This role requires subject matter expertise, strategic leadership and hands-on grant management to ensure AMACC’s philanthropic investments deliver meaningful, mission-aligned outcomes across the Canadian music, arts, and culture sectors.

Sommaire du poste – La Fondation Azrieli est à la recherche d’un.e gestionnaire des subventions pour appuyer le travail du Centre Azrieli pour la Musique, les Arts et la Culture (CAMAC). Relevant du directeur général du CAMAC, le/la titulaire du poste sera responsable de la gestion et de la progression du portefeuille de subventions du CAMAC, à tous les niveaux de financement.
Cela comprend l’identification et l’évaluation de nouvelles possibilités de financement, la gestion des relations avec les titulaires de subventions actuels et potentiels, le suivi de la performance et de l’impact des subventions, et une contribution à la direction stratégique du volet de financement du CAMAC.
Ce rôle exige une expertise en la matière, un sens du leadership stratégique et une gestion active des subventions pour faire en sorte que les investissements philanthropiques du CAMAC produisent des résultats significatifs, qui cadrent avec sa mission d’appuyer les domaines de la musique, des arts et de la culture au Canada.
