Job summary

IMT Precision is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage accurate receipt and shipment of materials in a manufacturing setting in Ontario, Canada. You will ensure compliance with export controls and contractual obligations while working closely with Inventory, Planning, Quality, and Production to optimize material flow.

The role requires 3–5 years in shipping/receiving in manufacturing, ERP/MRP experience, and the ability to coordinate domestic and international shipments.

Qualifications

• Post‑secondary education in Trade Compliance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate receipt and shipment of materials, components and finished goods within a manufacturing environment.
• Maintain compliance with export controls and customer obligations.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Planning, Quality and Production to ensure material flow is efficient and compliant.
