Job summary

CMP Advanced Mechanical Solutions is seeking a Materials Receiving Coordinator to oversee the flow of incoming raw materials and to support manufacturing processes. This role emphasizes accurate receiving in the LN ERP, inventory optimization, and safe equipment operation.

The successful candidate will have forklift experience, a valid license, and bilingual French/English communication to coordinate with US drivers.

Qualifications

• Three years forklift experience.
• Three years as material handler/coordinator.
• Valid class 5 driver's license.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Knowledge of LN Asset system.
• Ability to plan and organize to deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork oriented with bilingual FR/EN communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials into LN ERP and process documents.
• Organize, maintain and optimize inventories in warehouses.
• Manage inventory, label items, report inaccuracies, and update Factory track.
• Perform cycle counts when required.
• Operate forklifts, pallet trucks and cranes to move materials safely.
• Attend training and train others if required.
• Support supply chain and material handler with related tasks.
• Handle other duties as needed.
