Job summary

1Password is seeking a senior GTM communications leader to own strategy, narrative, and delivery across core channels in a hybrid role based in Toronto or Austin. You’ll translate company priorities into compelling messages for a global audience and partner with GTM leadership to shape conversations that move the business.

The role covers monthly all-hands, Sales Kickoff planning, new-hire onboarding, and ongoing executive communications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GTM communications or related field.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling, with ability to translate strategy into narratives.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on high-impact presentations and messaging.
• Experience leading communications for large-scale GTM events like Sales Kickoff or onboarding.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS organizations and channel ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, narrative, editorial rhythm, and delivery of core GTM communications channels with GTM leadership.
• Translate priorities into communications tailored to different audiences across lifecycle.
• Lead monthly global GTM all-hands: agenda, narrative, content, rehearsals, facilitation.
• Own weekly GTM newsletter and short-form video updates; maintain communication archive.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing, Channel, and Workplace Experience on messaging.
• Lead GTM breakout experiences for Sales Kickoff, session design, and speaker coaching.
• Own GTM curriculum and live onboarding; iterate based on feedback and priorities.
