Job summary
1Password is seeking a seasoned GTM Communications leader to shape and deliver the core narratives that drive our global sales and partner programs. You will own the cadence of essential channels, coach senior leaders, and partner with Product, Channel, and Workplace teams to craft compelling messages and experiences.
Based in Toronto or Austin, this hybrid role focuses on elevating communications across events, newsletters, and onboarding, with a strong emphasis on clear, impactful storytelling
Qualifications
- Eight plus years in GTM communications, executive communications, or related fields.
- Ability to translate complex business and product strategies into clear narratives.
- Experience preparing and coaching senior presenters for high-impact sessions.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, narrative, editorial rhythm, and delivery of core GTM communications channels in partnership with GTM leadership.
- Translate company, product, market, channel, and GTM priorities into communications tailored to audiences.
- Lead monthly global GTM all-hands, including agenda, narrative, content, and presenter prep.
- Own the weekly GTM newsletter and short-form video update with a clear communications archive.
- Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, Channel, and Workplace Experience to develop messaging.
- Lead GTM communications and breakout experience for Sales Kickoff, including session design and rehearsals.
- Own GTM curriculum and onboarding, using feedback to improve over time.
