• Establish standards for forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business reviews.
• Oversee territory design, quota allocation, and capacity modeling.
• Develop scalable sales operating rhythms and processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align priorities and tools.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing global field sales operations team.
