Job summary

Google Cloud in Canada seeks an AI Sales Specialist Manager to lead a senior sales team across the country from Toronto, Ontario. You will own the AI portfolio and drive revenue growth by closing strategic deals with executive-level stakeholders.

You’ll design and execute the GTM plan, guide pipeline development, and foster a high-performing culture, inspiring teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers and Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of experience in a sales role within the enterprise software, cloud, or AI space.
• Leadership experience within a quota-carrying team — including people management, team lead, mentorship, or coaching responsibilities.
• Experience identifying AI use cases to solve customer challenges or selling AI technology to enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team across Canada.
• Drive pipeline development and manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to onboarding.
• Own go-to-market strategy to scale revenue growth and customer expansion in the territory.
• Build and maintain CXO-level relationships with top customers as a trusted advisor.
• Inspire executives by identifying AI use cases and showcasing digital transformation opportunities.
