Job summary

You will drive growth by connecting organizations with AI-powered software delivery solutions, lead outbound outreach, and engage business leaders across industries including finance, healthcare, energy, and government.

You will identify opportunities for Planning Sprint engagements, qualify projects, and help refine messaging.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in software delivery lifecycle or related fields.
• Experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, and lead qualification.
• Experience selling software or services to business decision-makers.
• Strong ability to validate AI-generated outputs and edit as needed.
• Excellent written and spoken business English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and work toward targets.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify targeted prospects using LinkedIn and referrals.
• Lead outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Conduct discovery conversations with product, operations, IT leaders.
• Qualify opportunities based on budget, timing, and fit.
• Maintain CRM records with accurate notes.
• Support outbound campaigns and early-stage pipeline.
