Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, HR Operations, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading process-improvement or transformation initiatives in HR.
• Experience designing process guidance, workflows, templates, SOPs, and toolkits.
• Strong project, stakeholder management, facilitation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess current-state ER processes end-to-end to identify improvements.
• Support technology or case-management-system enhancements from a process lens.
• Design guidance, workflows, playbooks, templates, and toolkits.
• Lead change initiatives from discovery through adoption and rollout.
• Track progress, risks, and issues to ER leadership; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional workshops with ER, Legal, HRBPs.
